I am unsure that this is an “Open Middle” problem. Doesn’t it just have one correct method working through the triangles until you reach x?
My problem about how to write an expression for the area and perimeter of a triangle with opposite side ( x + 15 ) cm, adjacent side 1 12 cm and hypotenuse ( 2x + 80 ) cm has not been solved. Why?
