Power Rule with Polynomials

Directions: Using the digits 0 to 9, at most two times each, place a digit in each box so that the expression for f'(x) is the correct derivative of f(x).

What happens to the constant and the exponent when you use the power rule?

Answer

There are many answers. One is f(x) = 3x^3+4x^2+5x+6 turns into f'(x) = 9x^2+8x+5.
