Two-Way Tables

Directions: Using the whole numbers 0 to 20 no more than one time each, fill in the two-way frequency table so that chocolate has a higher relative frequency than vanilla and that 8th grade students has a lower frequency than 7th grade students.

Hint

What do you know about the margins of the table? What must be true about the joint frequencies?
