we got 147 x 68 = 9996
I also did 147 x 68 and got 9996. I found out a better way to go over 9996. It’s 769 x 13 = 9997.

I tried going higher but I got 10,060 and that’s to high
I did that by multiplying 769 x 14
We used 456 x 21 and the answer is 9,576.
My second group of students chose the numbers 125 x 79 and got a product of 9,875.
